Kathryn has 20 years of experience performing wedding ceremonies, and will be happy to work with you to pick out just the right music for your special day. She performs a wide range of genres, from standard classics like Pachelbel’s Canon in D to contemporary pop songs like Ben Folds’ “The Luckiest” and American Authors’ “Best Day of My Life.” She has performed at some of the top wedding venues in New York City, including the St. Regis Hotel, the Tribeca Rooftop, and the Lotus Club. In 2016 Kathryn was in residence at the Grand Hotel in Mackinac Island, Michigan, performing daily for afternoon tea and demitasse as well as weddings.
Kathryn Sloat mostly performs for functions in New York and New England, although she has also played weddings in Mackinac Island, Michigan and Nashville, Tennessee. She is available for a multitude of other special events, including holiday parties, birthday celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs, funerals, and more.
